AJ Reels Media is a digital marketing agency. This policy explains how we handle data when we manage Facebook Pages for our clients through our internal tool, AJ Reels Automation.

Data we use

With the Page owner's permission, we use Facebook Page details, the content we publish, post and Page performance numbers, and comments on published posts. We also keep the client's name and contact details.

How we use it

We use this data only to publish and schedule content, show performance reports and manage the client's Pages.

Sharing

We do not sell this data. It is stored with the service providers that run our tool, and it is shared with Meta when we publish through its APIs. We may also share it if the law requires it.

Retention and security

Uploaded media files are removed from our server after posting. Other data is kept while we manage the Page, or until deletion is requested. Access to our tool is limited by login.

Your choices

A Page owner can remove our access in Facebook settings at any time. To delete your data, see our Data Deletion page.
